Our 8000 sq/ft building is equipped with clean dry air, vacuum, process cooling
water, DIW, and exhaust.
These facilities enable us to completely and thoroughly recondition any track system
and provides us with the ability to cycle wafers, as well as, test all process plates, robotics, dispense systems, environmental
equipment, alarms, and sensors.
All of our reconditioned systems meet or exceed OEM specifications.
